Dana Kearley (b. 1987) is an artist and illustrator in Vancouver. Her work is autobiographical, and often a response to living with a chronic (invisible) illness and disability. Influences of horror film, gore, vintage fashion, textiles and print, feminist discourse, and the human body penetrate most of Dana’s work. Dana works primarily digital with photoshop, but also uses pen, ink, pencil, coloured pencil, acrylic and gouache. Dana lives with her partner, Eric and their beautiful hamsters Walter and Stanley.
